How long does it take to process my application?
All applications will be screened and shortlisted within two weeks.

What is the selection process at Garena?
All shortlisted candidates are required to go through 3 rounds of interview:

  • Stage 1 - HR Interview& Assessment
    Once you are shortlisted, applicants will be invited to take the assessments at our office, followed by the first round of interview with our HR manager.
  • 2nd Round - Interview with team lead / head of department
    You will be invited to have the interview with the head of department in the second stage, where your past experience and business/industry related knowledge will be assessed. 
  • 3rd Round - A chat with CEO / Senior Management
    In order to learn about a company, there's nothing better than to talk to its senior management directly. In Garena, we are willing to give our applicants a chance to meet one of our senior management team members at the last stage of the interview.
