MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM
We value our talent and believe in the potential of talented people. We created the Garena Management Trainee Program to fast-track outstanding fresh graduates and find the leaders of tomorrow. The Garena Management Trainee Program is a 2-year program consisting of 4 rotations. Management Trainees (MTs) will be fully immersed in different job functions in Malaysia. Most importantly, MTs will also have the opportunity to work on Garena’s most critical projects under the mentorship of our Senior Management.

Applicants will go through a 3-stage application process
Stage 1: HR interview
Once you are shortlisted, applicants will go through the first round of interview with our HR manager alongside our in-house assessment test.
Stage 2: Group case study
In this stage, applicants will be divided into groups and assigned to a 45-minutes case discussion. After the 45-minute case discussion, applicants will then be required to present their solution to our senior managers who will act as clients and challenge your analysis and recommendations. We will be evaluating applicants on team work, problem-solving skills, leadership and communication skills.
Stage 3: Meeting with the CEO of Garena Malaysia
In order to learn about a company, there’s nothing better than to talk to its senior management directly. In Garena, we are willing to give our applicants a chance to meet our CEO at the last stage of the interview.
